Privacy Policy

Account information: when you sign in with Google, RajaWorks receives your name, email address, profile image and Google account identifier so your client dashboard can be created and protected.

Client details: onboarding forms, project notes, selected services, messages, uploaded deliverables, invoice records and task/project information are stored so RajaWorks can provide services to you.

Editor and admin sessions: private tools use signed cookies to keep authorised users signed in. These cookies are necessary for security and are not used for advertising.

RajaWorks uses information to provide client dashboards, project status, messages, file delivery, invoice downloads, onboarding workflows and private editing/admin panels.

Technical information may be processed to protect the site from abuse, unauthorised access and service disruption.

RajaWorks uses essential cookies for Google sign-in, dashboard sessions, private editor access and saved site preferences such as theme choice and cookie consent.

Optional advertising cookies are not currently used. If analytics or marketing tools are added later, this policy should be updated before those tools are enabled.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Site content, client profiles, messages, invoices and task data are stored in Cloudflare KV, while uploaded files and deliverables are stored in Cloudflare R2.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing shreyas@rajaworks.dev. Some records may need to be retained when required for billing, legal or security reasons.
