Terms of Service

RajaWorks provides websites, automation, editing, game-related work, consulting, client dashboards, file delivery, invoices and related digital services. You agree to use these services lawfully and only for their intended purpose.

You are responsible for keeping account access, dashboard access and any private links secure. Do not attempt to access private areas that are not assigned to you.

Project scope, pricing, milestones and deliverables are governed by written agreements, invoices, messages or accepted project proposals between you and RajaWorks.

Timelines may change if requirements change, approvals are delayed, source assets are missing, third-party platforms are unavailable or payment is delayed.

Invoices shown in the client dashboard are records of amounts requested or paid. Payment terms, due dates, taxes and late-payment handling may be stated on the invoice or in a separate agreement.

You confirm that materials you provide to RajaWorks, including logos, footage, images, copy, credentials or data, are either owned by you or provided with permission.

Unless otherwise agreed, RajaWorks may retain reusable know-how, code patterns, internal tools and general workflow improvements created during a project.

RajaWorks aims to keep sites and dashboards available, but uptime is not guaranteed. Hosting, DNS, authentication, storage and email depend on third-party services such as Cloudflare and Google.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RajaWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site or services.
